"Pleasant"
Went to use the sink, pipes were attached, but not tightened. Water went all over the floor. I had to put ice bucket at pipe to catch the water. Also, shower nozzle is sitting on with NO screw holding it on.

Absolutely awful roach motel with duct tape over the doors keeping the draft out from the balcony. Someone came to yell at me to check out because I overslept 15 minutes after checkout and was extremely rude and aggressive.

The hotel was a great value, and checkin was simple and straightforward. There is someone there 24 hours in case you encounter any issues or need anything. The room was quiet, had plenty of space, and had clean, comfortable furniture.

No breakfast provided. When entered room there were no toiletries-such as SOAP. Had to go to desk to get soap & it was little TINY bars. Had to use two together & still could not get lather on wash rag. Towels too thin to get dried off. Toilet clogged up 2 different times. Had to get plunger to clear it. Begged for an extra towel to dry washed long hair. TV not working very well. Furniture was damaged & room looked very dryers.

I liked that it did have Wi-Fi, and a decent tv. I liked that it has a roof and four walls. I liked that it had a window and curtains or privacy. I liked that I had a bed to sleep on with blankets and pillows for warmth. I liked that I had a place to sleep safe from the elements.

The website said pet friendly, however the hotel has multiple signs posted that no pets allowed. Fix the website, plus the front desk/entrance smelled horrible, the place was shanty and gross.

The location is drug infested. The room was full of mold and mildew. The furniture was old and the one chair was full of dirt stains. It was a hellish place of drugs, prostitutes, and very run down neighborhood. Disgusting.

I did like that the gentleman at the registration desk very quickly refunded me after I showed him the photo of the bedbug. He didn't offer any excuses and although I didn't get a refund for the night I stayed, I got my money back for what would have been my second night

Pros: the couch is a pull out couch. The AC can handle summer heat. TV decent size. Wawa 5 min walk away. Easy parking. No signs of racism toward black or brown people.
